About the Stormers

The Granite City Stormers FC is a straight friendly gay football club based in the city of Aberdeen. Founded and organised by volunteers, we aim to do a number of things, including:

• Organise events where gay, bi & straight football fans can get together and meet other fans of ‘the beautiful game’
• Facilitate kickabouts, training sessions, and social events accessible to all
• Form a team to compete locally in amateur leagues, and inter/nationally in gay leagues
• Promote the inclusion and acceptance of the LGBT* community into the nations most popular game

We are always on the look out for volunteers, so if you can help out with organising training, fundraising, coaching, arranging kickabout’s or socials, or contributing in any other way, then please get in touch.
